NAVIMO has advised on the sale of a 1.5-hectare investment site located at 3 Antoniewska Street in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The plot, offering development potential of approximately 16,000 sqm of residential usable floor area (PUM), has been acquired by one of Poland’s leading residential developers.

Acting on behalf of private landowners, NAVIMO managed the entire transaction process – from initial discussions through to final negotiations. This transaction will enable the development of a new residential project in Augustówka, one of Warsaw’s fastest-growing areas.
