He has over 21 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. He specializes in creating and implementing real estate portfolio management strategies, managing acquisition and divestment processes, and providing comprehensive oversight of investment projects, renovations, and retail network development.

Throughout his career, he has completed over 600 transactions involving leasing, buying, and selling properties, collaborating with companies such as BNP Paribas, Poczta Polska, and the PZU Group. He also has advisory experience working with international consulting firms, including Knight Frank and JLL, particularly in the area of investment land.

He has 9 years of experience in strategic advisory and real estate valuation, with a particular specialization in investment land.

He gained experience at leading international consulting firms — Knight Frank, CBRE, Colliers, and PwC — working on projects requiring advanced market, financial, and planning analysis.

He has participated in and led numerous transactional processes, supporting clients in investment analysis, transaction structuring, and capital decision-making. He specializes in the residential real estate sector and alternative projects, including PRS and PBSA, combining an analytical approach with practical understanding of market mechanisms.
