Our transactions involve lands with a range of different purposes: residential, office, logistics and production, retail, hotel, PRS (Private Rented Sector), PBSA (Purpose Built Student Accommodation) and data centers. We are also actively searching for partners to participate in joint ventures (JV).

Private Rented Sector
We advise on transactions of projects designated for the Private Rented Sector and we create them together with our Clients. We take care of relations with funds investing in alternative real estate sector and constantly search for new sources of capital. As a consequence, we play a significant part in shaping the Polish PRS scene.
We initiate and match projects with the requirements of particular business partners, from identifying the suitable investment land to delivering the finished structure.
We have an extensive knowledge about requirements of funds investing in the Private Rented Sector, their strategies, parameters of preferred projects and optimal apartment configurations.
On behalf of developers, we conduct sales processes of PRS projects, actively seeking for the target recipients. We strive to generate interest from selected PRS funds as early as is the stage of the initial assessment of the investment land.
Data centers
Data centers are demanding projects due to their technical requirements and our company, as one of very few, has advisory experience in completing land acquisition transactions for such facilities.
As part of our services, apart from defining investment land parameters and finding the right location, we also provide advisory support in obtaining technical assurances (including power capacity and telecommunications), critical for the operation of a future investment.

Logistics and production areas
Based on our transactional experience in the investment land sector, we have built a knowledge base that enables us to successfully advise clients on locating new logistics or manufacturing investments. Most often, we assist in executing these projects in BTS (build-to-suit) or BTO (build-to-operate) scenarios.
We take under consideration all the factors relevant for facilities in this category, such as proximity to main routes, employment, supply chains, markets, power supply availability, etc.
