We got to know each other years ago while advising on investment land transactions. Two enthusiasts of real estate business, sharing common values and representing well-matched business personalities.
Inspired by our Clients, we saw a window of opportunity for a joint venture, in which we could combine knowledge about the real estate market with our personal strengths: passion and engagement, extraordinary motivation and mutual support.
And so, we founded NAVIMO. Our mission is to provide comprehensive advisory services in the field of commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis put on investment land and projects designed for the Private Rented Sector. We see it as professional „navigation” through many available business opportunities, with a clear course set towards ultimate Client satisfaction.
The brand name we have selected (derived from Latin “navigare” + “immōbilis”) clearly corresponds to our company’s business profile.
And our business approach is just as transparent.
We identify ourselves with initiative and entrepreneurship as well as unconventional solutions and partnership-driven relations. We are in a position to assist the most demanding transactions on the real estate market. Our Clients associate us with highest degree of confidentiality.

Piotr Litwin
Partner
Piotr has 18 years of professional experience in the area of commercial real estate. His expertise lies in developing a long-term asset portfolio management strategy that includes overseeing the buying and selling process, ongoing project management, and the restructuring and growth of retail networks.
During his time at BNP Paribas, Poczta Polska, and the PZU Group, he successfully concluded nearly 600 transactions involving the leasing, purchase, and sale of commercial real estate. He has also provided successful advisory services to Knight Frank and JLL clients in the field of investment land transactions.
Jakub Szymanowski
Partner
Jakub has 6 years of professional experience in the field of strategic advisory and real estate valuation, with a focus on the investment land market. He has worked for leading industry advisory agencies (Knight Frank, CBRE, Colliers) and the advisory firm PwC.
Throughout his dynamic career development, he has supported and led numerous transactional processes, specializing in sectors such as residential real estate and alternative investments (PRS, PBSA).
