Despite unfavourable market circumstances since the beginning of 2023, we observe a substantial change and market acceleration in the second half of the year. Several attractive projects that came to light recently, will certainly see closings before the New Year’s Eve.
Jakub Szymanowski and Piotr Litwin notice that developers readily secure land plots and rebuild their land banks in order to maintain stable pipeline in years to come.
