In response to our Client\u2019s requirements, we are actively seeking properties suitable for the development of modern retail showrooms combined with warehouse facilities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are primarily interested in locations with an established commercial character, featuring a high concentration of specialty retail stores, wholesalers, and renovation and construction-related services. Excellent visibility, convenient access, and proximity to major transportation routes are also of key importance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are considering properties in the form of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>investment land designated for retail and service use,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>retail and service premises,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>buildings suitable for conversion into a retail showroom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tri-City area \u2013 with a particular focus on Gdynia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are seeking land and properties within the Tri-City area, with a\u00a0particular focus on Gdynia. Preferred locations include the vicinity of\u00a0Morska Street, Droga Gdy\u0144ska (near Riviera Shopping Centre), as well as\u00a0areas close to the S6 and S7 expressway junctions. We are also evaluating selected areas of Gda\u0144sk, especially around Grunwaldzka Avenue, the City Meble Interior Design Centre, the Matarnia retail zone, and the areas surrounding Spacerowa and Kielnie\u0144ska Streets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Warsaw \u2013 established retail destinations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Warsaw, we focus on locations comparable in character to the city\u2019s most recognized retail zones dedicated to interior furnishings and construction materials. We are particularly interested in the areas surrounding Bartycka, Modli\u0144ska, Pu\u0142awska, Po\u0142czy\u0144ska Streets, and Aleje Jerozolimskie.\nHigh customer traffic and a well-developed retail and service infrastructure are essential factors in our assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Krak\u00f3w \u2013 high sales potential areas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Krak\u00f3w, we are seeking properties located near major retail and transportation corridors, in the vicinity of interior furnishing showrooms, construction supply stores, and service providers related to the renovation and installation sectors.\nPreferred locations include the areas surrounding Zakopia\u0144ska, Wielicka, Opolska, Nowohucka, Kami\u0144skiego, and Jasnog\u00f3rska Streets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Property requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of our ongoing acquisition efforts, we are evaluating both investment land and existing commercial properties suitable for adaptation to retail operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Investment land<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>plot area: approximately 4000\u20135000 m\u00b2,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>possibility to develop a retail facility with a showroom area of\u00a0approximately 800\u20131000 m\u00b2,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>convenient access and strong visibility from major transportation routes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Premises and buildings for lease or purchase<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>showroom \/ retail area: 500\u2013800 m\u00b2,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>warehouse area: 150\u2013200 m\u00b2,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>staff facilities for approximately 5 employees,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>single-storey premises only,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>minimum of 15\u201320 parking spaces for customers and staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We also consider the acquisition of existing buildings with redevelopment potential for conversion into a modern retail showroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you own a property that meets the above criteria or are planning to sell investment land in one of the specified locations, we invite you to contact the NAVIMO team.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Poszukujemy nieruchomo\u015bci w strategicznych lokalizacjach handlowych.
