Tri-City area – with a particular focus on Gdynia
We are seeking land and properties within the Tri-City area, with a particular focus on Gdynia. Preferred locations include the vicinity of Morska Street, Droga Gdyńska (near Riviera Shopping Centre), as well as areas close to the S6 and S7 expressway junctions. We are also evaluating selected areas of Gdańsk, especially around Grunwaldzka Avenue, the City Meble Interior Design Centre, the Matarnia retail zone, and the areas surrounding Spacerowa and Kielnieńska Streets.
Warsaw – established retail destinations
In Warsaw, we focus on locations comparable in character to the city’s most recognized retail zones dedicated to interior furnishings and construction materials. We are particularly interested in the areas surrounding Bartycka, Modlińska, Puławska, Połczyńska Streets, and Aleje Jerozolimskie. High customer traffic and a well-developed retail and service infrastructure are essential factors in our assessment.
Kraków – high sales potential areas
In Kraków, we are seeking properties located near major retail and transportation corridors, in the vicinity of interior furnishing showrooms, construction supply stores, and service providers related to the renovation and installation sectors. Preferred locations include the areas surrounding Zakopiańska, Wielicka, Opolska, Nowohucka, Kamińskiego, and Jasnogórska Streets.

As part of our ongoing acquisition efforts, we are evaluating both investment land and existing commercial properties suitable for adaptation to retail operations.

- plot area: approximately 4000–5000 m²,
- possibility to develop a retail facility with a showroom area of approximately 800–1000 m²,
- convenient access and strong visibility from major transportation routes.
Premises and buildings for lease or purchase
- showroom / retail area: 500–800 m²,
- warehouse area: 150–200 m²,
- staff facilities for approximately 5 employees,
- single-storey premises only,
- minimum of 15–20 parking spaces for customers and staff.
We also consider the acquisition of existing buildings with redevelopment potential for conversion into a modern retail showroom.
